1. Scope of Services
Northern Nest offers premium student accommodation, housing amenities, and college admissions counselling services in Noida and Greater Noida regions. By reserving a bed or submitting documents for admissions assistance, you agree to comply with the guidelines listed below.
2. Booking & Security Deposit Policy
- Reservation Confirmation: A booking is considered locked only upon receipt of a token booking amount or a full month's security deposit.
- Refundable Security Deposit: A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is collected at admission. This deposit is fully refundable at the end of the tenancy agreement, subject to standard clearances.
- Notice Period: Residents must submit a formal written notice at least 30 days prior to vacating. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of the security deposit.
3. Code of Residential Conduct
To ensure a safe and productive environment for students, all residents must adhere to basic housing rules:
- Safety & Access: Biometric/CCTV setups are active. Sharing biometric tokens or allowing unauthorized guests inside wings without register logging is strictly prohibited.
- Curfew Hours: Standard entry gates close at 10:30 PM daily for safety. Permission for late entries must be routed through the Warden desk.
- Discipline: Smoking, alcohol consumption, and any possession of banned substances are strictly prohibited on all housing premises.
4. Privacy Policy & Leads Collection
When you submit counselling requests or hostel tour bookings on this site:
- We collect basic details (Name, Contact number, Course branch, Location category).
- These details are securely logged to coordinate with college desks or arrange transport visits.
- We do not share, sell, or rent student details to third-party marketing companies.
